Neighborhood
We are located in the Cully Neighborhood in NE Portland, a culturally diverse urban neighborhood with a mix of commercial and residential development. The CEV Neighborhood Relations Team keep tabs on local events. One of our residents also attends meetings of the Cully Association of Neighbors, which is very active. www.cullyneighbors.org.
