Governance

The Board of Directors is the required legal entity for our condominium homeowners association. The board oversees our building systems, parking, legal issues, property management, as well as having fiscal responsibility for our community. We have 9 board members, representing 9 stairwells and 9 alternates. The term is 2 years.

Teams are the primary source for getting the work of the community done. Through teams, members contribute to the community by using their talents and gifts, as well as get to know each other better and carry on the business and processes of the entire community. We require everyone (whether a member or renter) to participate in at least one team.

New residents at CEV are welcome to attend team meetings in order to decide which ones they want to join. In addition, CEV residents are always welcome to attend any team meeting, whether or not the resident is a member of that team.
